CSV to JSON
Parse an RFC 4180 CSV table, including commas and newlines inside quotes, into a JSON array of objects. The first row is the header.
Example: People
name,role,seats
Ada,admin,3
"Grace, Hopper",user,1
A common error
Two columns with the same header, or a quote that never closes, stop the parse. A blank line at the end is ignored.
